Augustana Symphony Orchestra concert

The Augustana Symphony Orchestra, directed by Dr. Hisham Bravo Groover, is proud to present its spring concert that will showcase the many talents of Augie musicians. The winners of this year's concerto/aria competition will be accompanied by the orchestra in a program full of virtuosity. 

Adele Shirkey '25 will perform the first movement of Nielsen's Flute Concerto and Georgi Feigley '26 will sing Charpentier's "Depuis le jour" from the opera Louise. To close the program, the Augustana Symphony Orchestra will perform Ginastera's iconic "Four Dances" from Estancia.
