VO2 Max testing

Trained students from Augustana's Kinesiology program will conduct VO2 Max (cardiovasculary fitness) tests from 9 a.m.-3 p.m.

A VO2 Max Test is a 10-15 minute test that assesses your maximal endurance capabilities on either a treadmill or stationary bike. It provides you with information about your cardiovascular fitness.  All testing will take place at the Peter J. Lindberg, M.D., Center for Health and Human Performance.

This event is open to everyone. Pre-registration is required and on the day of the test, all participants will be required to sign a waiver form.

This is a great opportunity to visit the Kinesiology Labs and support students as they continue to refine their skills and gain hands-on experience with the equipment!

Sign up for both the BodPod and VO2 Max tests and receive a discount: $5 off for Augustana students and $10 off for faculty, staff, alumni and the general public! The discount will automatically apply once you add each test to your cart.
