Apply for the Geifman Prize by April 6
The annual Geifman Prize in Holocaust Studies is a competition in which students write an essay, research paper, short story, poetry OR make film, photography, theater, artwork in response to the European Holocaust (1933-1945) in which Jews, religious leaders, political activists, LGBTQ, Roma and people with disabilities were targeted.
The board for the Center for the Study of Judaism and Jewish Culture at Augustana College will judge submissions. Winners are awarded up to $500 and have their work published in Augustana Digital Commons. (See past winners.)
Submission are due Sunday, April 6, 2025, at 5 pm.
