Campus Rec classes for fall semester
Classes will begin the week of Sept. 7 with the schedule listed below.
Some classes are planned as in-person and some will be virtual. Most of the classes will be moved to PepsiCo (Court #3) with the option to move a class outside, when weather permits, or over to the Carriage House if the number is fewer than 10 participants.
Masks will be required for all indoor classes. Masking outdoors will be optional (yet encouraged) as long as physical distancing can be maintained.

6:15-7:15 p.m. Zumba (R) with Barb Langley
Thursday
4:30-5:30 p.m. Pilates with Candice Gericke

Friday
Noon- 1 p.m. Yoga with Shubhangi Agrawal
Saturday
10-11 a.m. Yoga with Shubhangi Agrawal
11:30 a.m.-12:15 p.m. Cardio Kickboxing with Deena Harroun
General Group X (Wellness)
Classes hold a maximum of 20 and are on a first come-first served basis.
Masks (facial covering) are required for each class indoors (outside optional).
Bring your own towel and water bottle and gloves for kickboxing class.
