Lisa Carlson Goodale retired from full-time work. She now serves as senior director/training maven for Humannovations, Inc., a social enterprise dedicated to making a transformative impact in mental health and suicide prevention through skills training and innovative programs to empower communities.
Carl (Marty) Lindquist is president of the board for the Health Alliance for the Uninsured.

Marty Bauwens is vice president at Second Harvest Food Bank of Middle Tennessee, after working 28 years for McDonald’s Corporation.
1988
Dana Cohn completed a mural, "The Granite Creek Trail," which holds the distinction of being the largest mural in Arizona painted by a single artist. He presented at the Sharlot Hall lecture series in July.
1989
Amanda Asplund Hopson operates the collaborative piano area for the Butler University School of Music.
1990
Elizabeth Caswell retired as an instructor of music and staff accompanist at Pacific University, Forest Grove, Ore.
1991
Daryl Empen received the Rock Island Rotary Club's Community Involvement Award. He celebrated 25 years as president of the Gas & Electric Credit Union in June.
Laura Weaver Hughes will direct “Nine” (August 2024, Corn Stock Theatre) and “Sweeney Todd" (January 2025, Peoria Players Theatre).
1992
Karen Hindhede earned her Ph.D. in sustainability education. She recently published four peer-reviewed articles about ecojustice education in children's literature and has been hired as the interim academic dean of Arts & Sciences at Central Arizona College.
Chris Hughes is the medical staff president at Carle Eureka in Eureka, Ill.
Dawn Peterson Rundman is the director of congregational development and marketing at Augsburg Fortress, the publishing ministry of the ELCA. She is also program director for a $1.25 million grant from Lilly Endowment Inc.'s Nurturing Children Through Worship and Prayer Initiative. Additionally she is series editor for Mouth House, a new book series from Augsburg Fortress focused on amplifying voices for change.
Paul Schipper is program director and chief of thoracic surgery at Oregon Health & Sciences University Hospital, Portland.
Julie Reiser Smith had her children's picture book, "Sweet Dreams, Little One," published in May.

Jennifer Sands Saint earned her EC-6 Educator Certificate in Texas and is entering her second year as a classroom teacher in the Georgetown, Texas ISD.
1997
Malik Khaliq was named one of the Top 4 financial advisors in "Best in State" by Forbes Magazine. He has received this recognition for the past eight years, since the "Best in State" began.

Jessica Waytenick is the marketing director for NAI Ruhl Commercial Company.

Jonathan Lidgus won the 2023 State Level Leadership Award at the State of the Art Conference, hosted by Syracuse University's Lawrence B. Taishoff Center for Inclusive Higher Education, in October 2023. He is director of the Succeed Program at the University of Missouri-St. Louis.

Jill Granet King graduated in May with a Doctor of Education in Education Policy, Organization & Leadership with concentrations in Human Resources Development and Diversity & Equity from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.

Kyle Brill was named executive director of the Lizzadro Museum of Lapidary Art in Oak Brook, Ill.

Jen Windmiller was named to the NCAA DIII Financial Aid Committee in 2023 and is a member of the 2024 Women Leaders in College Sports Leadership Enhancement Institute. She is the senior associate director of athletics and senior woman administrator at Bethany College.

Sarah Park Burandt graduated with an MBA from the University of Iowa. She is the marketing manager for the wealth management division of HTLF Bank.

Katrina Friedrich Saladin graduated from the University of Minnesota, earning a Master of Public Health with a focus on community health promotion.

Natalie Wuest is volunteer coordinator at Habitat for Humanity of Northern Fox Valley ReStores.

Allessandra West will be the orchestra director at Downers Grove North High School in Downers Grove, Ill., this fall. She will be teaching orchestra, band and a guitar/rock band class.
