1965    

Diane Moses is president and chair of the Music Committee of the Nineteenth Century Charitable Association in Oak Park, Ill. She is also vice president-programs for the chapter's Executive Board of the Lyric Opera of Chicago.

1969

Art Milton served as the Grand Marshal of the 2024 Rock Island Labor Day parade.

1980

Cheryl Zeken Malone retired as executive director of the New York County Medical Society, after 39 years with the organization.

1983

Jim Gamache received the 2024 St. Bede Alumni Association's Distinguished Alumnus Award. 

Anthony Moton is in his second year as an assistant teaching professor of journalism and mass communications, specializing in sports media, at Iowa State University.

1984

Lincoln Bode retired in January 2024 after helping 340 homes go solar in Illinois. The amount of electricity the homes will produce over the next 20 years will offset the need for 528 railroad cars full of coal.

1990

Kris Lakota Garland retired after 33 years as a biology teacher and as the Freshman Center manager of science at Lockport Township High School. 

1991 

Suzanne Anderson-Hurdle became a board-certified chaplain through APC in April 2024. She is serving as a bridge pastor at First Congregational Church Lockport, UCC.

Karin Sanderson completed her post-baccalaureate certificate in applied behavioral analysis at National Lewis University and will be working for Spectrum Behavioral in Arlington Heights, Ill., as a registered behavior technician.

1993

Kevin Waden is CFO of Fresh Films, which is a non-profit organization co-founded by Estlin Feigley '93 and his wife Kelli, which teaches high school students about the art of filmmaking.

1998

Brett Carter was appointed president of the National African American Insurance Association (NAAIA) Chicago Chapter, after serving as vice president for four years. He is the managing director at the Jacobson Group.

Sarah Stodden Pasowicz is the events administrative assistant at Argonne National Laboratories.

2001

Zac Larson published his first book, "Retire Intentionally: Stories and Strategies to Spend, Give, and Live with Confidence."

2002

Kristin Humphreys Lear received the Ancestry Leadership Award at the 2024 Council of State Archivists' annual meeting.

2004

Emily Malinsky is Mercer County High School's head boys’ track & field coach.

2011

Kate Dempsey Principe and her husband, Jimmy, had a son, Anthony Paul, on Aug. 27, 2024.

John VanBuren is a faculty statistician in the Data Coordinating Center in the Department of Pediatric-Division of Critical Care at the University of Utah School of Medicine. He specializes in Bayesian adaptive design.

2012

Emily Schwass is the associate director of sexual misconduct support services at the Women and Gender Resource Center at the University of Houston.

2016

Rachel Auton Deutsch and her husband, Timothy, had a son, Hans David, in September 2024.

2019

Daisy Sanchez is a high school transition advisor at Waubonsee Community College, where she assists students in navigating their college and career paths. She is also pursuing a master's in higher education from Northeastern Illinois University.

2022

Logan Myers began law school at Syracuse University.

Saurabh Patwal '22 and Guarav Patwal '22

Saurabh and Guarav Patwal were drafted into the USA Minor League Cricket Association. They both play for the Dallas Xforia Giants. Both have professional careers in cyber security; Saurabh works for Aon and Gaurav works for Bank of America. 

2024

Ray Hughes is pursuing his master's in public history at the University of Illinois-Springfield.

Roger Pavey Jr. was employed in his first professional contract by the Tony Award-winning Williamstown Theatre Festival over the summer, where he worked  with NYC talent, theatre artists with Broadway credits, and more. He also worked on a show that was taped for Netflix. He is now the creative content associate at the Eugene O'Neill Theater Center in Connecticut.
