Senior rentals for 2021-2022 school year 

Augustana College has the following housing options available for rent to students who will be a senior or graduate student during the 2021-2022 academic year. 

One-bedroom apartments/duplexes 
Two-bedroom apartments/duplexes 
Two-bedroom house (one single room and one large double room - one bathroom) 
Three-to-five-bedroom duplex (three singles (or can be double bedrooms) and two bathrooms) 

Rent includes all utilities, Wi-Fi, 24-hour on-call maintenance, and lawn care. Each bedroom is furnished with a bed and closet/or wardrobe.  Appliances included.  

Parking is an additional fee. There is no on-site laundry and no central air or window air conditioning. 

Single: $500 a month plus security deposit

Double/triple/quad: $400 a month plus security deposit each
