Volunteer opportunities with Junior Achievement

Junior Achievement is seeking classroom volunteers for the spring semester. Each program includes five to six weekly lessons, lasting 35-45 minutes, with scheduling coordinated directly between the volunteer and the classroom teacher.

When you volunteer, JA provides:

• A brief, one-time virtual training session
• A simple, easy-to-follow guidebook outlining each lesson
• Turnkey materials for classroom activities
• Direct communication with the classroom teacher
• Ongoing support from JA staff to ensure you feel prepared and confident.

Junior Achievement partners with local schools to provide hands-on learning experiences for grades K-12 that focus on financial literacy, work/career readiness and entrepreneurship. These programs are delivered by community volunteers who bring real-world insight into the classroom, helping students understand how what they learn in schools connects to life beyond it.
