Safe Exam for Moodle Quizzes
Safe Exam Browser (SEB) is a specialized web browser that temporarily "locks down" a computer during an online assessment in Moodle. It turns a standard laptop into a secure workstation, ensuring that the only thing a student can access is the Moodle quiz you have designed.

Chat
A live text-based chat forum that allows students to communicate with faculty and with each other during designated times.

Feedback
Solicit students’ opinions and experiences with surveys that can include several types of questions (e.g., multiple choice, long answer). Questions can be displayed or hidden based on answers to earlier questions.

Workshop
Structure peer review of students’ work. Reviews can be anonymized. Reviewers can be assigned at random. Criteria for reviews can be provided to reviewers in different forms. Participation and or reviewers ratings can be incorporated into students’ grades.

Groups
Students can be organized into groups for group assignments. One group member can submit an assignment for the entire group. Grades given to the group are automatically given to all group members.
