Augustana College is an accredited institutional member of the National Association of Schools of Music (NASM).

Augustana College is committed to informing students, faculty and staff of health and safety issues inherent to performing and listening to music. This includes but is not limited to students taking responsibility for safely maintaining hearing, vocal and musculoskeletal health as well as injury prevention. Vocal Valentines

Delivering love songs on Valentine’s Day

Members of Phi Mu Alpha–Zeta Beta sang love songs to surprised students, faculty and staff in classrooms and offices across campus on Valentine’s Day. The music fraternity rehearsed for months, and delivered no fewer than 100 vocal valentines.

Augustana College Jenny Lind Ensemble to host Treble Choir concert and workshop

Augustana's Jenny Lind Vocal Ensemble, directed by Dr. Michael Zemek, will collaborate with high school choirs from Davenport Central, Davenport North and Pleasant Valley High Schools to perform "Anne Frank: A Living Voice" on March 4 at 5:30 p.m.

Augustana Choir

Augustana Choir to tour Nebraska, Colorado and Kansas in March

The Augustana Choir, under the direction of Dr. Jon Hurty, will perform concerts in Nebraska, Colorado and Kansas March 22-28, followed by a home concert on April 5 in Davenport.

Treble Choir Collaborative Concert

Augustana's Jenny Lind Vocal Ensemble, directed by Dr. Michael Zemek, will collaborate with Treble Choirs from Davenport Central, Davenport North and Pleasant Valley High Schools  to perform "Anne Frank: A Living Voice."

Augustana Symphony Orchestra concert

The Augustana Symphony Orchestra, directed by Dr. Hisham Bravo Groover, is proud to present its spring concert that will showcase the many talents of Augie musicians.
