How to upload your work for the Celebration of Learning

How to Publish Your Celebration of Learning Work in Augustana Digital Commons

When your paper, poster, presentation, or other work for the Celebration of Learning is completed — and it is approved for publication by your faculty advisor — you can upload the completed work into Augustana Digital Commons by following these steps:

  1. Go to Augustana Digital Commons
  2. Click on My Account on the menu bar at the top right.
  3. Enter your Augustana email address and the password you chose when you created your account. Then click Login.
  4. This is your “My Account” page. You’ll see a section called Celebration of Learning. In that section, you’ll see the title of the work that you presented at Celebration of Learning. Click on that title.
  5. Click on Revise work at the very top left of the page.
  6. This is the original submission page you created for Celebration of Learning. Edit any sections you want to change or add to before publication on this screen. Scroll down to Upload File.
  7. Click Upload file. Then click Choose File to attach your file. If it is a paper, upload it as a PDF.  Attach and Submit. Wait for the next screen to appear.
  8. If you see any mistakes or need to make changes, click Revise Submission. If everything looks okay, you are submitting a “publish ready” document. Logout by clicking My Account on the top menu bar.
  9. If you have additional material, such as a poster, power point, paper, all pertaining to the exact same title, they can all be loaded with this record at this time. 
  10. You will receive a confirmation email to let you know that your submission was updated. Please check your Spam folder if it doesn’t come to your Inbox.
