Required student employment forms
Incoming students must complete these steps in order to apply for and be paid for on campus employment. Completing these steps during Orientation & Registration will save time. Do not mail these forms to the college.
All students must fill out the Federal W-4 and I-9 Employment Verification forms.
The I-9 must be completed in person. Download a copy of the I-9 Employment verification, complete ahead of time, and bring it with you. Copies will also be available onsite.
Once completed, you will receive an email with instructions on how to complete the remaining employment forms which include your state and federal W-4.
IMPORTANT: You must bring your driver’s license or state-issued ID to Orientation and Registration, and one of the following: Social Security card, birth certificate, or passport. Original documents are required in order to complete the I-9 Employment Verification form. We cannot accept copies.
