Knowlton awards $1 million to prison education program
The Austin E. Knowlton Foundation announced its continued commitment to the Augustana Prison Education Program with a $1 million grant and a 10-year commitment to the initiative.
College receives $1.5M from John Deere Foundation for data analytics
Augustana College will receive a $1.5 million grant from the John Deere Foundation to establish the Robert A. Hanson Endowed Chair in Data Analytics. He was a 1948 graduate of Augustana who had a 40-year career with Deere and served as CEO from 1982-1990.
