Let Go and Be Well
Allison Mirell will present a well-being lab: “Let Go and Be Well 1: The Six Core Principals of ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy).”
ACT focuses on values, self-compassion, acceptance, and mindfulness. At the end of this session students will have experienced an introduction to "ACT, Thinking vs Observing Mind," and have practiced a brief mindful awareness exercise and a breathing exercise.
