The Science of Climate Inequity
Dr. Jeremy Hoffman ’11 will present "The Science of Climate Inequity" for the Udden Geology Club Lecture Series.
As an engaging climate science educator, Dr. Hoffman is a data-driven Earth scientist connecting people to our planet, exploring urban heat islands and environmental racism.
He is chief scientist at the Science Museum of Virginia and has given presentations to congressional committees and TEDxYouth audiences. He has been interviewed by the New York Times on the topic of climate inequity.
