Well-being lab: Shame Resilience
The Learning Commons will present the well-being lab "Basics of Brené Brown’s Shame Resilience."
Student counselor Alyssa Matz will offer an introduction to Brené Brown’s research on shame, empathy, and connection. What is shame and how do we move through it and live the lives we want to?
Well-being labs provide students with knowledge and skills from different disciplines. Students will have the opportunity to explore social, occupational, intellectual, emotional, physical and spiritual well-being in interactive sessions with campus experts.
