Social Justice

The Center hosts speakers and forums that challenge students around issues of racial, economic, ecological, and international peace and justice. Together with community partners, it is co-sponsor of the prestigious Pacem in Terris Peace and Justice award. The Center frequently partners with Augustana’s Office of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, as well as with the new Augustana Prison Education Program (APEP), directed by Dr. Sharon Varallo.
