How to request website updates

However, the entire campus community is encouraged to suggest improvements, request changes and report errors so the website can be an accurate, valuable resource for everyone.

Department webpages
Department or academic program webpages are linked on the areas of study webpage.
In general, each program webpage contains:
- Introduction
- Distinctions
- Recent graduates
- "More Than I Imagined" testimonials
- Recent news stories (auto-populated)
- Photos and videos, if available
- Course catalog*
- Faculty directory
These pages are designed to provide program information to interested students, with a focus on prospective students. The information should be interesting, accurate and easy to scan (e.g. long passages broken up with line breaks, bullet points and/or bolded text).
The Communication and Marketing team can work with you to make sure your page matches Augustana's brand voice and editorial standards.
Department chairs and faculty members are encouraged to review their academic program page at least once a year. If your program webpage hasn't been updated in several years, the Communication and Marketing team may reach out to suggest changes or confirm that information is still accurate.
To request edits to your department webpage, contact the web director at webmaster@augustana.edu.
In general, the preferred way to receive edits is via Google Docs:
