The Young Democratic Socialists of America (YDSA) chapter at Augustana College is a community of students passionate about social justice, collective empowerment, and progressive change. The club provides a space for critical discussion and activism around a wide variety of political issues. YDSA aims to educate, organize, and inspire students to take action toward building a more equitable and sustainable society both on campus and beyond.
Unabridged Book Club
The Unabridged Book Club brings together Augustana students who share a love of reading, conversation, and community. Each term, members choose a book to explore and meet regularly for thoughtful discussion, reflection, and connection. Open to readers of all backgrounds and majors, the club offers a welcoming space to discover new authors, engage with diverse perspectives, and build friendships through a shared passion for stories.
Triathlon Club
The Triathlon Club exists to bring together Augustana students who have a passion for swimming, biking, and running. We welcome first-time triathletes to those who compete at region, national, and world championship races. Whether you’re new to the sport or a seasoned veteran, we hope you’ll join us!
H.E.A.R.T Club (formerly Red Cross Club)
The Humanity Emergency Aid Relief and Teamwork Club (formerly the Red Cross Club) at Augustana College is a student-led organization dedicated to promoting community service, emergency preparedness, and humanitarian values on campus and in the Quad Cities. Members participate in volunteer events, organize blood drives, support local disaster-relief efforts, and educate the campus community about health and safety.
Nepali Student Association
The main purpose of the Nepali Student Association is to provide a platform for Nepalese students at Augustana to communicate with each other and with the College. NSA aims to promote and educate a better understanding of Nepalese culture and heritage to the entire Augustana community through a wide variety of programs.
Moroccan Student Union
Our club aims to foster a safe, inclusive, and enriching community for Moroccan students at Augustana College. In the same light, we strive to create an outlet for students of all backgrounds to learn about Morocco and engage in cross-cultural dialogue.

Google Developer Student Club is a university-based community group for students interested in growing as a developer, regardless of background and experience. By joining GDSC, students grow their knowledge in a peer-to-peer learning environment and build solutions for the local community. Don't worry if you haven't ever coded before!
