Student research assistants were joined by President Andrea Talentino and Dr. Dianna Shandy for a morning of knocking on doors in Rock Island to encourage residents to report the material of their water service lines.
Cheerleading
The purpose of the Augustana Cheerleading Squad is to bring pride, loyalty and spirit to Augustana and the community. The squad displays good sportsmanship, support to the community, and support for all teams and squads throughout the year.
The goal of the squad is to work with administration, faculty and all athletic teams and organizations in accordance with NCAA Division III rules to bring that pride, loyalty and spirit to the college.

Career development
Augustana College’s CORE (Career, Opportunities, Research and Exploration) is committed to providing students with the resources necessary to make informed decisions and achieve career success. Team members in CORE are available to support student experiences that will help them to be successful during and after college for Augustana students starting on day one.
Faculty and staff parking
All faculty and staff are required to have a parking permit on their vehicle to park on campus. Parking permits can be obtained by going to the Office of Police and Public Safety located in the basement of Sorensen Hall. Please visit the campus map to locate faculty and staff parking lots.
