Resources for Swedish-American Genealogy

The Swenson Center has extensive resources for genealogical research. Our records are primarily Swedish-American, which means that they were generated by Swedish immigrants in the United States. Still, we have access to many records from Sweden, primarily parish records.

Visiting for Genealogy Research

If you wish to search our records yourself, you are welcome to visit the Swenson Center. Please always make an appointment.

Ask us about a *virtual* appointment with our Tuesday morning volunteer. The same forms and fees as below would apply.
