Larry Scott papers, 1952-2010

Larry Scott was a professor of Scandinavian Studies at Augustana College in Rock Island, Illinois from 1981-2013. He earned his Ph.D. in Scandinavian languages and literature at the University of Washington in 1973. Dr. Scott led the Augustana Summer School in Sweden (ASSIS) program as well as Augustana’s annual Sankta Lucia celebration. Most of these files relate to Dr. Scott’s teaching and extracurricular activities while associated with the Scandinavian Studies department at Augustana College in Rock Island, Illinois.

Augustana and SAU students, faculty present research projects

Students and faculty from the Augustana undergraduate research program came to the St. Ambrose campus to meet the SAU undergraduate researchers and faculty mentors. Students prepared two-slide Power Point presentations to illustrate the projects they were completing this summer.
