Large-scale drill on April 10, 2025

Augustana will hold a spring emergency preparedness drill on Thursday, April 10, at the Gerber Center.

With the exception of dining, all offices and services at the Gerber Center will be closed until noon on April 10.

Dining hours

Dining will open for breakfast from 7 a.m. through 8:30 a.m. on April 10, but will then close to allow for the emergency drill, reopening at 11:30 a.m. for service. 

What to expect

We coordinate the spring drill with local first responders and there will be many members of law enforcement and their vehicles on campus that day. It is possible pedestrian routes will be changed. More information will be shared closer to the drill.
