Due to the ongoing critical need for blood donations, Augustana College's Greek Council will host a blood drive on Thursday. Your donation could provide lifesaving blood products to up to three patients in need.

Holi celebration

The Global Engagement Team is hosting Holi in collaboration with the Multicultural Programming Board (MPB) on Friday, April 10, in the Upper Quad (Westerlin and Erickson Field) from 4 p.m. onwards.

Campus celebration of Eid al-Fitr

Eid al-Fitr – the "festival of the breaking of the fast" – is celebrated at the end of Ramadan. Hosted by the Global Engagement Team (GET), this event will include snacks and food from South Asian, Middle Eastern, and Mediterranean cuisines.

The Global Engagement Team is hosting its annual celebration of Diwali on Oct. 24 at Wallenberg Hall. Diwali, also known as the Festival of Lights, is a Hindu celebration that symbolizes the triumph of good over evil.

Food Truck Friday

The Office of Student Life has a new series called Food Truck Fridays! From 1-2 p.m., OSL will bring a different local food truck to the Lower Quad and pay for the first 50 students to eat for free. The series will run every Friday until Oct. 3.
