Campus Recreation will host an online yoga session on Fridays from 12-1 p.m.

In-person yoga session

Campus Recreation will host an in-person yoga session from 4:15-5 p.m.

Classes are first come, first served, with a maximum of 20 slots.

Tuesday Meditation

This is a half-hour introduction to different types of meditation. Each session lasts about 30 minutes with a little teaching and a lot of space to practice. Beginners are welcome. 

Sign-up begins for Homecoming 2023 events

The theme for this year's Homecoming is "Homecoming Through the Years," and all student groups are invited to participate.

STEM in Costa Rica informational session
