Celebration of Learning showcases the work behind the future of students

From art and anthropology to philosophy and physics, nearly 100 students shared their research and creative projects during the first virtual Celebration of Learning.

Therapeutic Writing

The Reading/Writing Center will sponsor a Therapeutic Writing event from noon-3 p.m. in observance of Asian Americans and Pacific Islanders Heritage Month.

Co-hosted by the Filipino and Asian Student organizations.

The Lost Kings will headline the annual Sloughfest music festival, also featuring Yonas, DoubleCamp and Naiika Sings.

Study Break in the Woods

Campus Ministries invites students to reflection and conversation in Blackhawk State Park. The event will start at the Old Miner’s Hut in the lower portion of the park (parking lot just west of the museum), then across the pedestrian bridge to the upper portion of the park.

Impact of Climate Change on Insurance and the Economy

Peter Schimeck ‘12 from Aon Consulting will discuss the impacts of climate change on business and property insurance, as well as future climate goals and key initiatives of the insurance industry.
