Opening reception for “Second Act” by Peter Xiao

Quad City Arts will hold an opening reception for “Second Act” by Peter Xiao and “Saw You in Russia” by Karen Cooper. Complimentary food and beverages will be served.

Nativisim: Then and Now

Augustana's Dr. Peter Kivisto will present "Nativism: Then and Now" as one of the Sunday talks at the German American Heritage Center in Davenport.

Admission is $5 for adults; the talk is free.

Film: The Princess Bride

Damascus Road will host a showing of "The Princess Bride." Popcorn will be provided. All are welcome.

Martini Swinger's Anti-Valentine's Dance

The Martini Swingers will be hosting an anti-valentine's dance the Saturday before Valentine's Day. A tango lesson will be given and snacks will be provided. 

Tickets will be sold in the Brew during week 10.

Handshake workshop

Handshake has replaced Augie Hub as the college's platform for posting jobs and collecting applications. This workshop will cover signing up for Handshake, posting a job in Handshake, and creating a position description.

Volunteers making Valentines

Community Service invites students to make Valentine's cards for local nursing homes. All supplies will be provided.
