Panel to discuss Arab Spring protests, five years later
Augustana College will host a panel discussion, "Arab Spring: Five Years Later," on Thursday, March 31, in Room 102 of the Hanson Hall of Science. Focusing on the aftermath of the Arab Spring protests of 2011, the panel will feature Professor Juan Cole of the University of Michigan Department of History, and Dr. Maytha Alhassen, a Provost Ph.D. Fellow in American Studies and Ethnicity at the University of Southern California.

Private and alternative loans
Alternative and private loans are credit-based loans offered by some banks and credit unions to students to help cover allowable educational expenses not covered by financial aid. These loans are not part of the federal loan program and not guaranteed by the federal government.
Leave of absence policy
A student in good academic standing may request a one-term official leave of absence for personal reasons without withdrawing from the college.
