Campus Closet

Wear it, donate it, repeat

The Augie Campus Closet is a new initiative aimed at providing free clothing to students in need. Like Campus Cupboard, this resource is located  on the first floor of the Brunner Theatre Center near the bookstore and Gus's (follow the mailboxes).

Donations to Campus Closet

Accepted donations:

  • Winter wear: coats, jackets, boots, gloves, scarves, hats
  • Clothing: pants, shorts, sweaters, T-shirts, shoes, bathing suits
  • Formal and business attire: suits, slacks, ties, dresses, blouses
  • Accessories: handbags, belts, jewelry
  • New items only: bras and socks

Items we cannot accept:

  • Underwear
  • Heavily worn, dirty or irreparably damaged items

A note on thoughtful giving:

Managing textiles is time-intensive, and we deeply appreciate your consideration and respect for our community and organizers. How we dispose of textile waste is directly connected to how we consume it. Please donate mindfully and respectfully.

Please ensure that all donated items are new or gently used and in clean, wearable condition.

Note: Our campus respects our shared resources and may collaborate with the QC faith community to re-gift items for use at free community weekly meals before they are out of the range of best use.
