House on the Hill, third floor, 3052 10th Ave.
House on the Hill is a three-story home with a single studio apartment on the first floor, TLA apartments on the second floor (one single and three doubles), and five units on the third floor (four singles and one double). It is located on 10th Avenue, near Westerlin Residence Hall.
The third floor of House of the Hill is treated as five separate TLAs. Room 301 is a double room. All others are single rooms. All residents of the third floor will have shared use of the kitchen and the two bathrooms. All residents are jointly responsible for keeping these spaces clean. These rooms are billed at the discounted "deluxe" rate rather than the TLA rate. In all other respects, these spaces are treated as TLAs.
