Spring ensemble tours deepen performance skills
This spring, the Augustana Symphonic Band traveled the Midwest, the Augustana Choir toured California and the Jenny Lind Vocal Ensemble performed three concerts in Illinois. Through these tours, Augustana students get to experience different cultures and share their love of music with others.

The commencement address was given by Dr. Lisa Durant-Jones, who served as Augustana's interim vice president for diversity, equity and inclusion during the 2023-2024 academic year. Viet Bui '24, an engineering physics and computer science double major from Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, was the featured student speaker.

Augustana's Zeta of Illinois chapter of Phi Beta Kappa elected 46 senior students to membership. Members are chosen for their academic achievements and demonstrated commitment to the ideals of a liberal arts education.
