There's a lot to know about college financial aid, and we want to make sure you have all the information you need.

You'll hear from Augustana soon with information your financial aid award.

Here's what to expect:

  1. An email to you and your parents or guardians announcing a financial aid award has been posted in the portal.
  2. A postcard directing you to check your portal to view a PDF of your financial aid award.
  3. A text message from 1-800-614-0196 including a link to your customized financial aid video.
  4. An email to you and your parents or guardians with a link to your customized financial aid video.

Note: Our Financial Aid team will be working as quickly as possible to create student financial aid awards. If you filed the FAFSA, Augustana College needs to have your Social Security number (SSN) on file in order to link your student record to your FAFSA. Log into your student portal to see if you are being prompted to submit the SSN form. Your award letter will be delayed if you do not submit the SSN form.
