Juniors who are interested in applying for the Texas Medical Center Summer Research Program should attend this informational meeting. (A second meeting will be held Nov. 8, same time and place.)

Beta Omega Sigma re-rush event
Beta Omega Sigma will host a pre-rush event from 1-3 p.m., with a live stream of the UFC fights including the main event, lawn games, poke and refreshments.
Alpha Sigma Xi pre-rush event
Alpha Sigma Xi invites student to hits pre-rush event: hang out, enjoy food, games and brotherhood from 7-9 p.m.

Pumpkin carving party
The Campus Ministries Leadership Team invites students to have some fun and carve a pumpkin from 6-7:45 p.m. Apple cider and doughnuts will be served. Pumpkins and carving tools will be provided.
Hypnotist Chris Jones
The Student Life Programming Board will present hypnotist and comedian Chris Jones.
A Chicago native, Jones performs more than 200 shows a year. He has appeared on "America’s Got Talent," "The Steve Harvey Show," "Windy City Live," "Good Day Chicago" and many others.
Disability Awareness talk
Kam Williams, director of disability services, will present a Disability Awareness "TED" talk.
October is National Disability Employment Awareness Month.
