College recognized for emergency preparedness efforts
Augustana was recognized for its emergency preparedness efforts by the Illinois Emergency Management Agency (IEMA) and National Weather Service - Quad Cities office. Representatives from both agencies were on campus for a joint press conference to announce the new designations for the college.

Millions in upgrades ready for students this fall
More than 700 new students set to arrive on campus this week, Augustana College is wrapping up a $7-million investment in summer construction.
