All events (other than regularly scheduled classes) should be reserved through the Astra request form. To find Astra, go to the Augustana website and click on the Current Students tab; Astra can be found under the "Quick Links" section. The Facilities Services work order system allows our faculty, staff and students to submit work requests, check on the status of their work requests and receive communication emails of any status change to a work order.

Facilities Services is responsible for the structural, mechanical, grounds and electrical upkeep of the Augustana College campus, as well as recycling, vehicle rentals, parking and general building services. Offices are on the ground floor of Sorensen Hall.
