Viking Connections: Mike Randolph
Mike Randolph opened a business in 2023 called The Agency Initiative, LLC. The Agency Initiative was founded with one future in mind, a world with more leaders showing up authentically, making decisions based on their values, and empowering others to do the same. "We build the next generation of leadership through coaching, organizational consulting and leadership development programs," says Randolph.
"I want to participate in the Viking Connections program because I believe that my journey can be a great example of the twists and turns students and other alumni will face throughout the working career. I have international experience in a number of different sectors at companies like Tesla, YETI, and Brainlab Inc., that can bring a wealth of insight to students. I also have developed my own leadership and career development programs that can provide students with thought provoking and meaningful insight into their values, what they want to do with their career and how they can take meaningful steps toward their goals."
