Here is a list of resources for alumni mentors who need to refer a student for a problem or concern. If you have any concerns about a particular student’s well-being, please contact the Dean of Students, 309-794-7533.
ACES (transportation)
ACES provides safe transportation around campus for students. ACES is a fun and safe option to get across campus, most importantly to prevent students from walking alone at night. Contact ACES for a ride at 309-794-7550.
Bias Response Team and incident reporting.
Submit an incident report or contact a team member.
Provides non-perishable food and hygiene products to students. All Augustana students are welcome to take items from the cupboard on the third floor of Olin Center. Open every Thursday from 10:30-12:20 p.m. and 6-8 p.m. Email communityservice@augustana.edu.
CORE (Careers, Opportunities, Research, Exploration)
- Augie Choice gives all students the chance to get up to $2,000 to support a qualifying hands-on learning experience of their choice: internship, research or study abroad.
- Career Coaches help students practice and perform to the best of their abilities.
- Vocational Exploration involves all of life's relationships and how a student uses and discovers their unique skills, gifts, talents, passions and values.

Hosts events and activities from different cultures, the arts, entertainment, educational programming and more.
Office of Student Inclusion and Diversity
Committed to creating an inclusive campus community for all students, with an intentional focus on students of color and historically underserved students.
Office of International Student Life
Supports and empowering international students and students who are internationally inclined.

Provides one-on-one instruction and advice on writing, reading and other academic skills.
Sexual Misconduct and Support Resources
Contact one of the college's four Title IX coordinators with questions about Title IX or to file a complaint of sex discrimination.
Any student will benefit from counseling services, but the type of service may differ based on the need and readiness of the student to change.
Opportunities for students to address various concerns through workshops and one-on-one coaching.
Augustana offers different types of tutoring that include departmental drop-in tutoring, individual subject tutoring, and Reading/Writing Center tutoring.
